     There are two types of the air treatment equipment: refrigerant and desiccant dryers. Refrigenart air dryer is used more often for cooling of the compressed air quickly and effective, in general in industrial pneumatic systems. Standard operation period time for the cartrige element is 1 year. In the time of replacement the filter element, you should to check valves on the dryers housing. Air dryer repairs is necessary, if you find oil or solid particles on the old cartridge. In this case, new cartridge without diagnostics and repairs can be operated just a few days.  Beside all, complex diagnostic of the dryer should include checking of the heating element (effective and fixing elements).
