In the process of using air compressor oil, due to poor preservation process or any causes that makes lubricating oil mixed with water. If the water is not separated, the emulsion will be formed and the water is kept  in the form of emulsion. So, what do  these emulsions affect? Are there any cases that need to create emulsions? ... 1.The lubricants are mixed water in many cases due to: 
+ Water in the air is condensed due to compression  ( Azolla ZS hydraulic, diesel)
+ Cortusa, Drosera MS
+ Oil contacts with water vapor  (Steam  tuarpin  – Preslia)
+ Water splashes into  (Carter EP oil )
-> If the water is not completely separated, the emulsion will be created. 

2. What do these amulsions affect?
- These amusions cause:
+ Rusty metal parts. 
+ Inceasing oxidation, decreasing lubrication.
+ To turbin oil : condensation creating , clogged pipes, quickly damaged 
silver lining drive and needed lubricating parts( speed reducer) .
+ To hydraulic and pneumatic oil :  Failed the needed lubricatig parts due to the condensation. 
+ To closed-opened gearbox: Life span of mortor is cut down because water  splashes .

3. Some cases need emulsion-creating 
- There are some oil needing highly emulsion creating such as: 

+ The lubricants for drills because thay are always contacting water, so the emulsion creating is nescessary to create the oil slick to prevent machine from erosion. 
+ Metalworking fluid (cutting fluid)  must easy-mixed with water to increase cooling capacity of  lubricants and  other additives which is more lubricative.
+ Hydraulic oil mixed with water avoids fire nd exploition when using hydraulic system or high temperature places but also ensure the lubricative capacity.
