During using time of Handsome Kobeco screw air compressor, sometime we have some problems displayed on the instrument panel . To help you understand the meaning of some of these errors, Minh Phu would like to share the following article:

1		  
 
 
E01		 - Failure of input:
+ Checking the voltage to detect weak phase, phase loss; reverse phase or contact at poor connecting point.
- The engine has abnormal signs.
-  Pressure is wrongly set
- Abnormalities in air end.

E02		 - Phase reversal: Change the position of the 2 phases of power source fire into the machine
- The on / off frequency is too continuous
- Filter the wind: Clean the air again
- Set the wrong pressure

E03		 -Failure of power supply for cooler.
+ Check the voltage drop, the phase difference 
- Failure of cooler motor:
+ Check the resisto, if the resistor is lower than  10 (MΩ), contact to contributor. 
 
 
 
 
 
 
4		  
 
 
 
 
 
E04		 -  Failure of dryer :
+ Failed power supply for dryer 
+ Failure of motor dryer 
+ High frequence  on and off of dryer: After  at least 3 min operating, you can turn off dryer. And wait for at least 3 min before restarting it. 
-  High ambient temperature: Keep ambient temperature staying  under 40 degree.
-  Air filter is clogged : Clean air filter 
- Cooling system is clogged : Clean it.

E05		 - High oil temperature 
- Air filter is c;logged : Clean air filter 
- Cooling system is clogged : Clean oil cooler 
- Keep ambient temperature staying  under 40 degree.
- Clogged oil filter: Replace new one. 
- Temperature valve is broken: Replace it
-Inadequate cooling water or high coolant temperature (for water-cooled air compressors)
 
   6		  
E06		 - High temperature of compressed air.
- Oil separator or filter is broken: Replace.
 
7		  
E07		 - -Inadequate cooling water or high coolant temperature (for water-cooled air compressors)
- Check pumping and pipes
