Instruction for operation of Handsome II air compressor

1 Pre-Operation
  • Are the air inlets on the left side face, the one on the right side face (only for dryer-intergrated types) and the outlet on the upper face not blocked?
  • Is the oil level normal? 
2 Meter Panel.
  • Selector switches.
  • Dryer continuation selector switch for emergencyThis is a switch to select whether the compressor is to be stopped or left to run when a failure occurs in the dryer. When the lamp is on, the compressor keeps running even if a failure occurs in the dryer. Changing the selection is possible only when the machine is stopped, this switch is provided for dryer-intergated types only. 
  • Local/Remote control selector switch: This is a switch to select whether the compressor is to be operated locally or remotely. The lamp is on when the local operation is selected. ( Changing the selection is possible only when the machine is stopped). 
  • POWER lamp (red): This lamp comes on when the breaker switch is turned on. 
  • RUNNING lamp (green): This lamp comes on when the start button is pressed. 
  • FAULT lamp (orange). This lamp comes on or blinks when an error occurs on the compressor. 
  • START button (green): When this button is pressed, the RUNNING lamp comes on and the compressor starts to run. 
  • STOP button (red): When this button is pressed, the compressor stops running. 
3 Operation procedure.
Step 1: Turn on the main power switch.
Step 2:  Turn on the earth leakage breaker switch.
Step 3:  Check the POWER lamp is on.
Step 4:  Press the START button (green) and check if the motor starts to run.
If the motor does not start, there may be a problem in wiring. Make sure that the motor starts to run and the pressure rises by the discharge pressure gauge. The compressor is unloaded when the pressure reaches 0.74 Mpa (7,5kgf/cm2) with u-type, and 0.88Mpa (9.0 kgf/cm2) with uH-type. 
  • Stopping.
Press STOP button (red), the compressor stops.
Turn off the earth leakage breaker switch.
  • Unload Operation.
Load/unload operation.
