     There are two types of the air treatment equipment: refrigerant and desiccant dryers. Refrigenart air dryer is used more often for cooling of the compressed air quickly and effective, in general in industrial pneumatic systems. Refrigerant dryers have low noise and assembly by the additional pipelines, pipe and condensate drain system. The compressed air dryers repairs require qualified personnel and must use only genuine spare parts. Otherwise, you can met with serious problems in the operation of the device, because each model compressor or cartridge for the dryer have different assembly, shape, internal structure and pressure.

     Main dessicant air dryer principle of operation is the following: compressed air enters to the coil for cooling, then to the dryer (which consist ofthe housing with valves, dessicant in the replacement cartridge). This cartridge is cylinder with granules, which adsorb the water. The dryer can have single or double tower, depending on the performances the pneumatic system. Additional heating device, which safe the granules with water from destrucion is usend in the cold period of time.

     In case of well-timed repairing of all system elements or separate parts of the dryers is providing non-stop operation of the equipment. First, you need to replace the cartridges of the air dryer according to the operational manual (or using additional indicator on the in-line filter). Standard operation period time for the cartrige element is 1 year. In the time of replacement the filter element, you should to check valves on the dryers housing. Air dryer repairs is necessary, if you find oil or solid particles on the old cartridge. In this case, new cartridge without diagnostics and repairs can be operated just a few days.  Beside all, complex diagnostic of the dryer should include checking of the heating element (effective and fixing elements).
